New Capital Seafood Restaurant

The dim sum map of Los Angeles is not complete without the New Capital Seafood Restaurant in Rowland Heights. Quality dim sum at affordable prices attracts people every day. Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaf is our favorite. Chicken is tightly wrapped in sticky rice with char siu, mushroom, and salted egg yolk. Each bite is filled with flavors from the veggies, a little fragrance of lotus leaves, chicken and rice. Beef Tripe and Sui Mai are also popular items on the menu.
